Cape 17 is one apartment in a quiet 24-unit building in Cape Canaveral. The beach is a 3-minute walk, Port Canaveral is 3 miles away, and Cocoa Beach Pier and Ron Jon Surf Shop are close by. Rockets launch from just up the coast. We built it for people who want a month away from everything: snowbirds, travel nurses, remote workers and space-industry crews.

Good to know before you book
How long can I stay?
Stays are 30 nights or longer. There’s no maximum, so ask about winter-long stays.
Why book here instead of Airbnb?
Booking direct skips platform fees, so you pay less for the same stay, and you get the guest page, concierge and add-ons.
How do I pay?
Securely by card through Stripe. You get an emailed receipt, and every receipt is saved in your guest page.
Is there a security deposit?
A refundable deposit may be held for direct bookings and released after checkout if there’s no damage.
Can I add things after booking?
Yes. Sign in, open My stay and add any kit. You pay right there and get a receipt.
What time is check-in and checkout?
Check-in is at 4 PM and checkout at 10 AM.
How do I get in?
Self check-in with a smart lock. Your personal door code is sent before arrival.
Where do I park?
Free parking on site, with plenty of spaces around the complex.
When do I get the address?
The exact address is sent after you book.
How far is the airport?
Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about 45 minutes by car.
How many people can stay?
Up to 2 guests: a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.
Is there Wi-Fi and a place to work?
Yes. Fast Wi-Fi plus a desk, monitor and ergonomic chair. The Wi-Fi details unlock after check-in.
Is the kitchen stocked?
Fully equipped: air fryer, rice cooker, egg cooker, Keurig, oven, microwave, cookware and spices. Bring your own groceries.
Is there a washer and dryer?
Coin laundry is on site in the building.
Are towels and linens provided?
Yes: bed linens, bath and beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap.
Is there a pool?
Yes, a shared pool and covered grill area a few steps from the door.
How close is the beach?
About a 3-minute walk.
Can I see rocket launches?
Yes. Watch from the beach, minutes from the door. The next launch is always at the top of this page.
How far is the cruise port?
Port Canaveral is about 3 miles away.
What is there to do?
Kayak the Banana River, bike to Jetty Park, Cocoa Beach Pier, Kennedy Space Center, seafood in the port, and launches.
Are there cameras inside?
No. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the apartment.
What safety equipment is there?
Smoke and CO detectors, a fire extinguisher, a first-aid kit, and leak and noise sensors.
What happens in a hurricane?
We’ll message you with guidance. If there’s a mandatory evacuation, you get a full refund or a free date change for missed nights.
Who do I contact if something breaks?
Message the concierge or email hello@cape17.xyz. A local handyman is on call.
